"The estate of Collbaix Celler el Molí is located in a privileged setting in terms of its wonderful geology, nature, history and culture. Three decades ago, Sebastià and Josep Maria bought the vineyards from the estates of El Molí and Casanova de Monistrolet with the intention of focusing on a completely organic approach to wine production, restoring the former appearance of a large part of the landscape which had disappeared in this area bordering Manresa after the phylloxera plague.

Vines and olive trees are typically seen at the bottom of the famous hill of Collbaix, very well-known in the Bages region for its numerous paths and sensational views of the Pla de Bages and the mountain of Montserrat.

Collbaix Celler el Molí has managed to carve itself a niche in the market for the best wines in the country, with a dozen of its creations being rated very highly, as well as producing extra virgin olive oil from three varieties of olive."
