"At this small, family-owned winery, full of rustic charm, Montserrat greets us through our windows when we get up in the morning. Every day we walk around the estate, amongst grapes and other crops, observing the vines in each season of the year and looking after each grape that will end up as wine. But the most important thing is realising that our work returns to the earth a large part of what it gives us every day.
